Howdy all, and welcome back to another blog post! I am currently in the process of writing up my travel blog for Denmark (back in April 2024) as well as Tokyo (August 2024), however, it's taking longer than planned! In the meantime, I have been watching all the Star Trek TV Series from release order, and thought I'd review them and let you know what I think. Without further ado, here is the review for Star Trek: The Original Series: Star Trek: The Original Series (1966) The 1966 Star Trek series is an excellent introduction to the universe. It’s amazing how different the show has come when you compare it to some of the newer Star Trek incarnations. The characters can sometimes be frustrating to deal with, but nevertheless the stories are different each episode and are even referred to in later series. Bean Watches: Star Trek - The Animated Series (1973)

Howdy and welcome back to another TV Show Review where this time, I watch Star Trek - The Animated Series released in 1973. So without further ado, let's jump in! Star Trek - The Animated Series (1973) Don’t get me wrong, I love a good cartoon, but this just felt off. The script writing was corny in places and the characters art styles didn’t fit the voices, who I might add are the original casts' voices. The art style bore huge resemblance to Hanna Barbera to me and made me feel like I was watching an old episode of Scooby-Doo. The length of the episodes was perfect, but it seemed to vary how many were in one season. Is it a good show? Maybe. Will I watch it again? Probably not, or if I do it won’t be for a long time. My overall rating: 3.5 beans out of 5 . It wasn't the most entertaining of shows, but I do love the art style (very Hanna Barbera). Welcome back everyone! I've had a couple of hectic months, starting a new job and other things as well. It has meant that I could not blog as much as I wanted to. However, in the midst of all this, I have been re-binging the Simpsons and thought I'd take you all with me! The rough layout of the watch will include; the chalkboard gag, the couch gag, the amount of times Homer says D'oh in one episode, etc. So enjoy as I take a look back through Season 1 of the Simpsons. Episode 1: Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire Plot:   The pilot episode to the Simpsons. It's Christmas time and Homer has to buy the Christmas presents for the family. Chalkboard Gag None Couch Gag None D’ohs   4 Greatest Dream   None Ay Carumbas   1 Mmm… None Why You Littles 2 Best Line/Moment He's a Simpson - Homer about Santa's Little Helper Episode 2: Bart the Genius Plot:   Bart cheats on his IQ test and goes to a school for geniuses.
